有人背过新东方出的Born to Win么

题主提到的都背过一些，没有完全背下来，感觉时间成本也是在那里的，后来发现更好的资源也就不一定会去坚持了。顺带一提，初中时候背的新概念2，当时刚到城里上学，虽然没有条件去报额外的学习班，但是真的是获益很大。后来高中和大学想背新概3， 都是背了几篇就没有坚持下来。感觉一方面是接触的学习资源多了，懒也是有的。

born to win 是大学的时候背过，除了背，还有就是跟着王强那优美的音频进行影子训练（shadowing, 就是不停歇不看文字只听音频的跟读， 口译训练基础方法）。跟着他的声音，在反复的读和背的过程中模仿他的语音语调，想象自己就是在台上娓娓朗诵这优美散文的人，把各种停顿，语音语调的上扬下挫熟悉于心，说完一句，一下句的感情也就酝酿好了，连停顿都是享受。在背的过程中也是沐浴在鸡汤之中啊~背熟了之后，当你有需要的时候就会有一种信手拈来的感觉。

题主问的是写作能力，我觉得写作能力分很多种，比如商务写作，科技论文 写作，各种写作都有自己本身的风格。背诵born to win， 和新概三类的可以让你的语法基础变得好些，具体作用就是在自己写出作文之后，读上两三次，如果读得通基本不会有问题。但是对写作的逻辑，选词，布局，句型的变化等等，可能还是要在写作过程中进行积累。比如你的目标是如何写好商务邮件，我觉得背以上两样东西不会在短期内有什么直接提高的作用。此外再举个例子， 之前帮一些英文不错的同学改过PS， 就发现他们不会犯什么语法错误，写长句毫无压力，这就是在这种长期的背诵积累下有的基础。但是通篇文章读下来就会发现，都是长句，缺乏短句的结合，夸张的说让人一口气就要读到断气的感觉。简单的来说，写作的提高，还是不能绕开写-改-重写-重改的过程。背诵肯定会有帮助，但是不能太功利的去看背诵的作用。

总结一下： 我的个人体验是，背诵对说（speech）的作用大于写的作用，对写的作用是间接长期的。要坚持，最好是注重背的体验而不是单纯背的结果。
